Before you print
Covers Root: The Homeland Expansion, Root: The Clockwork Expansion

This is a whacky system for getting all pieces into one double decker box. I dont use the resin clearing markers but there should be enough space in the dice box to fit them as well.

To have enough space for all the faction boards you must print (and laminate if you want) the faction boards and clockwork boards. Otherwise there wont be enough room for the main box to fit inside the box bottom. Maps do not need to be printed and you can use the official map boards for all the expansions as well.

The hirelings box holds all of the hirelings that do not share pieces with a mainline faction. Use main faction pieces for hirelings that share a faction type.

This is everything for homeland as of the most recent print and play. Should work fine for official material once they are received.

General organization procedure:

Put maps in an upside main game top

place faction boards and clockwork boards on top of maps

place the main game box bottom inside the upside down top

insert all faction boxes along one of the long sides of the box.

3 main decks fill out the rest of one of the short sides

the dice roller tray and the hirelings cards fill out the short side space on the other side

place components tray on top of the dice roller and hireling trays.

AdSet and Faction Cards fill in the remaining space in the middle.

AdSet box gets the adset cards, knaves captains, and vagabonds.

Unlabeled card box gets vagabond quests, frog deck, and all assorted faction cards (Warlord moods, Duchy Ministers, etc)

Top with your favorite expansion box top.
