I ran into the same issue as user @JanBorsky_855839 mentioned, with my Stronghold pieces being slightly taller than everything else. Mine measured 25mm tall, and the original box was 22mm tall inside. So I downloaded the .f3d file in the of the original box by @SoberWhale_261316 , and tweaked it until the inside dimension was 25mm, and the overall box height is now 27mm.
I've included both the .stl and .f3d files.
