Voidfall: Technology Tableau and Player Tech Displays

These are stands for displaying Technology cards in the board game Voidfall. They are designed to improve card visibility and reduce the footprint of the game on the table. The Technology Tableau displays up to twelve different Technology cards, and slots have room for at least two cards each. The Player Tech stands fit the triple-layered House boards. The bottom tabs of the stands fit into the insets on the triple-layered House boards with no board lift. The Tech stands come in 3-, 2-, and 1- stand versions. All display stands are designed to hold sleeved cards (Gamegenic Mini European).

Pieces were printed with filament swaps.

The stands were designed in Fusion 360 and exported as .STL files to Meshmixer. The Voidfall logo was taken from an image found on the web, edited to bring the letters closer together, and then converted to an .SVG file using Inkscape. The Technology icon shown on the Technology Tableau was created by taking a picture of the back of one of the cards, editing the image, and then using Inkscape. The .SVG files were then uploaded into Fusion 360 for extrusion.
