ISS Vanguard Insert (Base + Personnel Files)

This is a modification of the insert created by manuelf ( https://www.printables.com/model/950159-invincible-iss-vanguard-insert ). I really liked the insert (especially the section boxes), but I wasn't entirely happy with the card boxes and the models would also not fit onto my printer without splitting the model.

So I redesigned everything except the section boxes. Everything fits onto smaller print beds, allows for quick and easy setup and the trays can be used directly on the table during gameplay.

For the section boxes please go directly to the original model and download them there.

The POI cards, Mission cards and Global Condition cards are placed with their dividers. The Events cards, Rank-Up cards, Injury cards and Unique Discovery cards can be placed in the tray as you like to organize them.

All cards that are used during ship phase (except the Lander Mod cards and Equipment cards) can be placed in the tray. The large space behind the smaller cards is used for the Resting Crew cards.

The Lander Mod cards are placed inside this tray, there was not enough space to fit them in the Ship Card tray. You can also store the Gathered Discovery cards in there if you want.

Available and unavailable Equipment cards are stored here.

All the standees for the Encounters are placed inside the tray. The Encounter cards are placed on top of them

All the standees for the Landers are placed inside the tray. The Lander cards and Reference cards are placed on top of them.

The red, green and blue dice can be separated by color, there should be enough space for all the dice available in the game.

The Injury dice, the Danger dice and the D10 are placed in this tray. There is also space for the standee bases.

The 5 different Discovery decks are placed in these trays. For each deck there is a small indentation where you can put the Lead tokens drawn for the specific deck.

Equipment tokens, Time tokens, Success tokens, Player tokens and the universal cubes all have their own space in this tray.

Energy and Command token are placed in this tray. There is an addition space to save unspent success tokens between ship phases.

The Lead token bag is placed inside this tray with the Lead tokens in it.

This holds both of the tutorial decks. On top of them the Planetary Scanner is placed.

There are 3 different trays for removed cards, 2 for the bigger cards and one for the smaller cards.

This is a alternative for the 2 big removed card trays.

The cards from the Personnel Files expansion can be stored here. There should also be enough space in the Ship Tray, but then it's a little harder to get the cards out of the tray. I also use this tray to store the model of the ISS Vanguard.

Start by putting the Planet Token Tray and the Game Dice Tray on top of each other. Put the Section Dice Tray next to them and place the Section Boxes on top of them (check the orientation, the section boxes should cover the trays below them completely).

Put the Planet Card Tray and the Ship Card Tray next to them.

Place the Encounter Tray, Lander Tray and the Ship Token Tray on top of each other next to the Planet Card Tray.

Next to them, put the Tutorial Tray and the Personell Files Tray on top of each other. The Lead Token Tray and the Item Tray are also placed in line.

Place the Removed Tray Small next to the Item Tray and put both Discovery Tray next to the already placed trays in the box.

Finish the assembly by putting both Removed Trays big and the Lander Mod Tray in the remaining space. You can now put everything else on top of the insert, start with the Ship Binder.
