Went a bit overboard maybe on the chamfering and filleting, but overall the sharp edges should be gone from most places where you will be grabbing with hands/fingers. Making for overall nicer usage. Also reduced amount of dead space on the print so that it is either less or now useful with small pockets and containers.

Still compatible with original essence insert that came with the game, also room for all current expansions (Perlae Imperii, Lux et Tenebrae, and Duo) and sleeved cards.

Print out all the 4 corners

Glue the 4 pieces together, or leave them loose it's your call, or use jigsaws (see below).

(Optionally) print out 4 jigsaw spacers of whatever size you need. I found the "Original" to actually be too loose, hence the jigsaw pieces that are smaller than original (the "Jigsaw - -.5mm.obj" and "Jigsaw - -1mm.obj"). Print the jigsaws afterwards if you want to use them.
