War of the Ring Board Game Box Inserts (Second Edition)
Please support Amoron by Liking/Boosting their Print on Printables.
I designed these using TinkerCad inspired from my wooden inserts I crafted by hand. All prints created using my Creality K1 Max since larger bed size needed for the larger trays. I've used these inserts to play the game several times and they are great.
I designed the dice tray to also hold other elements, such as printed mountain borders. (Printed thanks to a contributor;)
NOTES:
The card holder can accommodate sleeved cards. However, they fill up to the top and in hindsight I would have made miniature trays slightly shorter to make the top row deeper to allow more room for sleeved cards. For me, I don't use card sleeves but my son-n-law does, learning the shortcoming after printing.
Spacers are used to keep game board snug in the box. Also, spacer-1 is hollowed out to accommodate a bag for the hunt tiles.
UPDATES:
FP miniature tray stl file is updated to include rounded inside edges. Photo displays my first print which I forgot to add the rounded inside edges. Not worth the 5.25 hour reprint for me since original print functional.
