Speakeasy: Card Display Trays and Deck Holders

These are game play and storage containers for the various decks of cards in the board game Speakeasy. They are designed to speed up the game setup process and reduce the necessary table space. All containers are designed for sleeved cards.

Operations Card Holder: This holds the four decks of Operations cards in a convenient vertical stand. The holder can be passed to a player at the end of the turn so that they can select their Operations card while the next player begins their turn. The card decks are vertically offset so the special action and influence number of each card is easily seen. The holder is stored in the game box with the cards for convenient setup.

Helper Card Tray: This tray holds the deck of Helper cards and vertically displays the three cards currently available to choose from. Displayed cards are offset so that the action provided by the card is clearly seen, and cutouts in the stand make the type of bottle on the card visible. The dollar value of the card is obscured, however. The tray is stored in the game box with the cards inside for convenient setup.

Deck Boxes: These deck boxes hold (i) all of the Solo cards, including Solo Achievement cards from the Upgrade Pack, and (ii) all of the Player Power cards from the Upgrade Pack. Lids fit on snugly.

The Operations Card Holder and Deck Boxes fit conveniently in the game box in the space where the bigger of the lower plastic trays would go. The three components are the same height as the lower plastic trays, 54 mm, so sit flush with the other lower plastic tray.

All components were designed in Fusion 360 and exported as .STL files to Meshmixer. The Helper Card telephone logo and "Speakeasy" game title logo were copied as screenshots from the rules PDF, converted to black and white, transformed into .SVG files in Inkscape, and then imported into Fusion 360 for extrusion.
