A complete insert for Hallertau , designed to make setup faster, storage safer, and printing more efficient.
This project builds on the excellent ideas shared by wylaryzel and paderox, refining and adapting several elements with a focus on print efficiency, reduced filament usage, and practical table use.
Features:
• Efficient printing layout - The resource trays were redesigned so that 4 trays fit on a single 255 x 255 mm print bed, reducing the number of print jobs and manual intervention.
• Lower filament usage - A honeycomb structure helps reduce material while keeping the trays strong and visually appealing.
• Vertical storage friendly - Components stay secure in the box even when stored vertically.
• Sleeved card support - All card compartments are sized to fit sleeved cards.
• Separate, labeled card containers - Card trays are removable, clearly labeled, and designed for clean table organization during setup and play.
• Multilingual deck versions - Deck holders are available in Portuguese, English, Italian, and German, with a dedicated plate for each language. Language support courtesy of paderox.
• No lid lift - Everything fits inside the original game box with zero lid lift.
• Individual player boxes - Each player gets a dedicated tray with their starting components for quick and intuitive setup.
• Player board resource extension - A practical and good-looking solution to keep player-board materials safe, separated, and tidy.
Printing requirements:
• About 735 g of filament for the full insert (100g less if the unnecessary resource dividers are not printed)
• Minimum print bed size: 255 x 255 mm to print the provided plates as arranged
Printing notes:
• No supports required
• Print the Player Tray Lid plate twice
• Print only the deck plate matching your language
• Please refer to the pictures for box organization
