This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3477046 and works for all extensions (I have the ultimate edition). I added a better lock mechanism which you can see in one of the images and some spaces so you can remove the tokens easily. The height got also reduced because it's not necessary if you don't have sleeved cards.
All 7 holders fit in the ultimate edition box
