Kitchen Rush Insert

This is an insert for Kitchen rush and its expansion Piece of Cake. It supports sleeved cards. The main goal of the insert is to (1) make setup and take down easier and (2) make playing better because of easier access to pieces. The card container is still a little tight but I didn't want to make it too long, it may be a bit long as it is. I've made some shorter versions depending on the printer you have. Shorter versions may not fit sleeved cards as wellThis supports the original 2017 version of the game, I don't know if it will work with the newer version from Pegasus.
