This is card storage system for the board game Arkham Horror LCG. This particular system meets several goals:

The trays are designed to fit in the boxes Core and Campaign Expansion boxes of the new edition of the game.

The trays are angled to hold sleeved cards horizontally along with horizontal card dividers available from tesseractgames.co.uk while still leaving a few millimeters of space for the instruction manuals to go on top in the box.

The width of the trays provide just enough space for the token storage boxes designed by olivvybee (Printables). These boxes are shown in two of the accompanying pictures.

The tray comes in two parts for easy printing on smaller print beds. Three different versions of the end tray are available. The front tray and the 120-mm end tray fit perfectly in the length of the box. The 91-mm and 63-mm end trays make room for either one or two of the deck cases designed by pinkpandesal. These deck cases have been remixed to handle sleeved cards. The photos show both a 120-mm end tray and a 63-mm end tray; the yellow and blue boxes are the deck cases.

How I Designed This

The trays and dividers were designed in Fusion 360 and exported as .STL files using MeshMixer. The Arkham Horror logo originated from an image on the web, was edited and turned to black and white using Gimp, was then converted to an .SVG file using Inkscape, and then imported into Fusion 360 for extrusion.

The original deck case .STL file by pinkpandesal was adjusted using MeshMixer.
