I added 3 figures and cards from the Villains Of Eriador expansion to the box. No new parts needed to be printed, Coalfang fits next to troll. Atarin and Gulgotar fit in the reserve space for the human sized. See extra picture.

Some inserts to store the cards and painted mini's LOTR journeys in middle-earth.

For token box I used this excellent design from ankhx: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3580242

Fits all the mini's (plus 4 extra spaces for future minis).
Cards can be sleeved. I printed 4 boxes.

There is still room to add new boxes for future expansions, since I don't know the dimensions I just added some some styrofoam to store the boards on top.
