Game Card Holder (Modular, Adjustable, Magnetic)

This game card holder allows you to accommodate to most mini and standard game card sizes up to 70mm x 110mm, all while being modular and connectable. The mechanism is powered by a single double-sided screw that is easily twisted to change the holder's size. The holder is catered towards euro sizes, but it can handle other sizes just fine (such as U.S. poker).
This model requires 3mm x 2mm N52 magnets. Make sure they're N52, otherwise the walls might not stick to the base well enough. Each part takes six magnets (excluding the 2.6mm/2.2mm wall which takes three).
I have prepared two variants for this model; GLUE and GLUELESS .
GLUE (recommended)
These parts require superglue to attach the magnets to the prints after the printing process.
GLUELESS
These parts require you to embed the magnets mid-print by adding a pause at a specific layer (more on that under PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS ).
This model is designed for a .2mm layer height. It is also strongly recommended to set your first layer speed and your inner perimeter speed to 15 - 20mm/s if you're using the glueless method. Use some sort of helper for the magnets; these things are small! My magnets came with a bigger rod magnet so I could control them easier. Refer to the MAGNET POLARITY PLACEMENT section for guidance on how to orient the magnets.
The most basic card holder requires a Right Hand Side base , a Left Hand Side base, and then a Screw . Then, two Walls of your desired height are needed. One Connector is needed to connect two card holders together.
Print parts as normal. When they're done printing, attach the magnets by adding small drop of superglue to the bottom of the magnet and then insert it into the desired hole.
Before printing, add pauses to the specified layers:
• Z-height 2.6mm (you'll notice this is the layer where the bottom holes close)
• The very last layer of the part (if you're printing multiple parts with different heights, add pauses for each of the last layers of each part)
Start printing. When a pause occurs, place the magnets in the holes. Check to see if the magnets are flush with the surface. Resume printing.
It might be beneficial to add a draft shield to your glueless parts. My printer suffers from underextrusion for a couple seconds after resuming a print, and adding a draft shield gives it ample time to start extruding normally, since brims and skirts are printed first.
DISCLAIMER : The glueless method may have varied results with different printers. Unfortunately, I don't have multiple printers to test with, so I'm only running with one result. It will be beneficial to print just the small wall first to see how the magnets fit and if any fall out. The bottom line is that the glue method will be easier to print, assemble, and be less risky (as in no magnets falling out).

All magnets placed will have the same orientation. To make it easy, place every magnet with north facing UP. Every single part aside from the 2.6mm/2.2mm connector (see below) will be oriented this way.

The three magnets on the right side will have north facing UP, while the three magnets on the left side will have north facing DOWN. If you want to connect the card holders vertically instead of horizontally, then reverse this orientation.
Assembly is very straightforward. On one of the two bases, there will be a little notch by the screw hole. Additionally, there will be a circle depression on the top of the screw. These signify the right-handed side of the print. To assemble, just insert the circle depression side of the screw into the screw hole with the notch and turn clockwise. The other side of the screw will be left-handed, so attach the other base by inserting the opposite end of the screw and turn anti-clockwise. You might have to screw in and out a couple of times to remove any hiccups in the holes.
