Rush M.D. Board Game Insert

Update: This has been reworked with custom carts and all around much better: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4614886

Insert for Rush MD. It supports the small cards sleeved. I use FFG sleeves and those won't fit in the trays but the card slots are wide enough they might fit other kinds of sleeves.

This is not my best work but everything fits well enough while constructed with containers for each little bit.
