Here's a Railroad Ink box insert that holds 6 markers and 3 expansions!
The markers are clipped in at the bottom, just to keep them in place. There's also a spot for cards if needed.
Print as situated in the STL, 0.2mm nozzle and 15% default infill will be fine. I hollowed out a few areas in the bottom to reduce plastic use.
