HeroQuest Tabletop Organiser

All parts are measured to fit the 2022 Avalon Hill reprint of HeroQuest.

This modular set is designed to keep your character sheet, pencil, and cards tidy and accessible during gameplay. The main board acts almost like a clipboard , allowing you to carry it around the table, rotate it, or even rest it on your lap while still keeping everything secure.

It also includes an integrated Body Point tracker , so you no longer need to scribble or erase during combat.

A dedicated slot is provided for your character card for quick reference, and the included card holders are sized to fit all other HeroQuest cards.
The holders are universal, but my intended setup was:

4 holders for the Wizard (three spell groups + a discard pile)

•

2 holders for the Elf (one spell group + a discard pile)

The depth of the holders also makes them perfect for Treasure, Equipment, and Artifact cards, keeping everything neat and ready for use.
Cut‑outs at the bottom allow cards to be removed easily, even when only a single card is present.

My original plan was to glue everything into one large dashboard, and the included render shows that intended layout. However, the full footprint is quite large, so the modular approach is often more practical on a real table.

All components are fully custom‑designed , including the HeroQuest‑style logo on the back.

Print Settings & Recommendations

Printer Used: Creality K1 SE
Material: PLA+
Profile: Mostly default settings (or your preferred slicer profile)

Layer Height

Reason: Preserves the finer detail on the embossed text and logo

All Other Parts:

0.2 mm is ideal and prints faster

Infill

Recommended: Gyroid @ 5%

Benefits:

Uses less material

Speeds up print time

Still provides excellent rigidity for these parts

Note:

•

On large flat surfaces, low‑density gyroid can sometimes create a faint “infill shadow” through the top layers

•

If this bothers you, increase top layers or switch to a denser pattern for the base only

Walls / Perimeters

Default slicer settings work well

2–3 walls recommended for durability

Cooling

Standard PLA+ cooling

No special tuning required

Bed Adhesion

Skirt or brim depending on preference
