I couldn't find an organizer for The Shipwreck Arcana that also included tile holders for each of the five colors. I decided to make my own from scratch, and it came out too good not to share...

Print five (5) Tile Rack Assembly parts in their respective tile colors
•
Print one (1) Card and Bag Bin
•
Print one (1) 21 Tiles Bin Assembly

I had the best luck printing the 21 Tiles Bin Assembly with the back side of the part on the print bed. This limits the need for supports to the inside of each of the four bays for the 21 black tiles and two score tokens. In order to break the supports that form within the hinge, simply squeeze the hinge end of the lid toward the body of the box. This will free the hinge supports without stressing the hinge pin by rotating it free.
I also printed the Card and Bag Bin with its back wall on the print bed with no supports needed. I do recommend printing with a fairly wide brim to prevent the print from warping and separating from the print bed.
The Tile Racks print well with no need for supports.

Everything fits nicely into the box provided. The Card and Bag Bin is sized for sleeved cards, but you can also use unsleeved cards with room to hold the tile bag folded and resting on the cards if you wish. Three of the Tile Racks fit in the bottom of the box. Place the 21 Tiles Bin at one end of the box on the bottom, so that the lid opens toward the end wall of the box. This will prevent it from trying to open when stored. Place the Card and Bag Bin so that the open end faces toward the side wall of the box. It has a chamfered lip for easy removal. Place the last two Tile Racks vertically in the space remaining next to the Card and Bag Bin. Fold the black bag in half and roll it up to fit in the remaining space between the Card Bin and 21 Tiles Bin.
