Insert for Kabuto Sumo + Total Mayhem + Insect All-Stars + Promos

A quick, easy insert for Kabuto Sumo and its expansions—including Total Mayhem, Insect All-Stars, and promos—designed to make setup and cleanup as quick and easy as possible.

• Ring, pushing platform, and coffin (from Total Mayhem) can all be permanently assembled and glued

• Trays are shallow and wide, making it easy to find any special pieces

• Allows for very quick setup and cleanup

• No tedious slots that require pieces to be stacked, sorted, or aligned, just dump the pieces in the right tray during cleanup and go play another game with all the time you saved

Print the bottom tray once, and the special pieces tray twice. Since the bottom tray never needs to be removed, it can be printed with 0 bottom layers. I also recommend Lightning infill to save a tiny bit of filament.

I printed mine with a 0.4mm nozzle, but 0.6mm should be great as well.

The bottom tray goes, well, in the bottom. Cards go in the card well in the middle. The two other trays stack on top. One tray is intended to hold the Total Mayhem pieces, the other is intended to hold the wrestler special pieces, but of course feel free to mix and match, since there's plenty of room in each tray.

The ring can then be placed facedown next to the trays. The pushing platform and coffin are then placed facedown inside it. Player beetles (both the wooden and cardboard ones) go inside the pushing platform. The rest of the discs are dumped into the ring.

For setup, simply dump out the player pieces, dump out the discs from the ring, set out the two trays, and follow normal setup instructions.

For cleanup, put the special pieces in their trays, put the cards away, put the trays on top, place the beetles in the pushing platform, place the pushing platform and coffin in the ring, scoop the remaining discs into the ring, and set the ring in the box.
