Those tokens are based on a design from Harry Palm posted on BoardGameGeek forum

I transform the image into a vector one and then imported them into Fusion360
The size was bigger so before the export on STL file I copy the piece into Fusion360 to rescale the copy

My skill for painting is not that crazy so for sure you should be able to do better
