The top tray is optional; the insert can work without it by using the punched-out cardboard token sheets as a spacer, if you want If you do this, add the goal cards on top of the two main stacks and place the score sheet and info cards separately on top of the bag. I designed the top tray to recess a mm or two into the box lid, but if you want extra space it can probably be increased to 14 mm in height to sit flush with the box lid. I suggest taping up the card board insert so that it is all squared up and has some structural rigidity.
