Everdell Duo double height resource holder

Increased the height of the resource bin to double the height (46mm) so you no longer need to print 2 of them. In my play experience one of us would run out of a resource, so it just made sense to have a single pool to pull from. The only resource that didn't fit entirely in a single of the original model was the wood so this remix accommodates that as well.

Printed with PLA at .2mm height, 2 walls, .46mm outer wall, .5mm inner wall, 15% adaptive cubic infill. Used 81g of filament. Printing 2 of the original models would have used over 100g with similar settings.
