These are hidden cave organizer tiles to lock their movement in box while also making packing upper layers easier by providing a flat resting surface. Print 4x. 148mm wide, so can print on any standard size printer, one at a time. Optimized for 0.4mm nozzles, and 0.8mm nozzle in 0.4mm layers. A .step file is provided for remixing in CAD software.

Full Description

Though not strictly necessary, I felt it would be nice to organize and lock in the hidden cave tiles when packing the box, so that the tiles aren't bumping around everywhere and also make a flat surface so that the next elements can sit on top. The layer configuration, as shown top to bottom, is as follows:

It is intended to print 4x of DRGTBG Hidden Cave Organizer. The tiles have a fairly loose fit inside the organizers but are still movement constrained, and the tiles themselves fill up almost the entire area of the board game underneath it. It is easy to lift them out of the box, even with tiles contained inside - the organizers can move apart just a little so you can get a finger in there and lift them. There is a large cutout to make it easier to remove the tiles from the organizers, and the cutout has a lip to ensure the tiles do not fall through the organizer, keeping them inside. This file has been optimized for 0.4mm nozzles, as well as 0.8mm nozzles printing in 0.4mm layers.

A .step file is added, should you wish to modify the organizer, for example making a singular large organizer if you have a large format printer, or tightening the tolerance of the cutout for the tiles. Beware, though, my original tolerance of 0.5mm was enough for some time, but humidity had caused the tiles to expand just enough to make removing them difficult. The dimension across flats of the farthest hexes is 138.564mm on the tiles.
