"The Game" card box

I have a few friends who have this game and they've all complained that the original box is poorly designed and doesn't hold the cards very well.

The locking tabs are designed to add a small amount of friction to the box so that it can be picked up from the lid but it should not lock the box together so well that it is difficult to open. If there is too much/too little friction simply heat the bottom of the tab until the plastic softens and then bend them accordingly.

The thickness of the letters and the bottom is the same at .1 in or ~2.5mm. The picture shows the point where you need to add a color change for the letters to have a different background.
