Organizer/insert for the board game Horseless Carriage.
I didn't check but I doubt it will fit sleeved cards. I'm not that happy the players and setup pieces but I couldn't find any other way to fit them.
The list of all you need to print is:

It's almost one of each except for players and cube trays that you need five of each (as listed in the name by the 5).
