Here to Slay sleeved insert remixed

I printed the Here to Slay - Original.stl file from Johnny_Tsunami (@Johnny-Tsunam_293524). I loved the design but when using Dragonshield sleeves, the top-botton tolerance was too tight. The cards would fit way too tight and slightly bend.

This remix adds 0.2mm in the long direction for all standard card slots. I had to add to the dice well sides facing the card wells which still leaves plenty of room for the dice. I also deepened the dice well to fit 4 dice now (two for each side of the table :) ).

Small improvement on a great design.
