The Resistance: Avalon Board Game Insert (Fits Premium Sleeved Cards)

This is a board game insert I made for Avalon. It supports sleeved cards. I used Mayday Premium sleeves (90 microns thick), though it may also fit 100 micron sleeves as well.

Note that the insert is only 25mm high, so does not come up to top of the box, to save on filament; there is still about 19mm of space after the Score Tableaus and Rulesheet are added on. However, my copy still stores fine vertically (though YMMV).

Print Settings:

I printed my copy using PrusaSlicer's draft quality setting (0.3mm layer height), with 10% infill. That is more than sufficient for this insert.

Layout:

• The spaces at the bottom left and right hold the Approve and Reject Vote Tokens.

• The bottom middle space fits 5 circular Score Markers and the 5 rectangular Team Tokens.

• The large space in the top left fits all of the cards.

• The space to the top right fits the Leader Token and the Lady of the Lake Token.

• The slot in the middle fits circular Vote Marker and Round Marker in a vertical orientation. They are recessed enough so that the Score Tableaus and Rulesheet sit flush on the insert.
