Battletech Encounters Inserts

Background/Print directions: I created this insert to fit inside the Battletech Encounters box. I printed a couple iterations of the design using both PETG and PLA. All prints were done on a 0.4 nozzle with input shaping and at a 0.2mm layer height. No supports are needed. I used a 10% triangle OR adaptive cubic infill.

Card Sleeves: The card slots fit sleeved cards, but none of your cards need to be sleeved for them to fit, they're just a bit more loose if they're not sleeved. For the oversized cards, I used sleeves that were 91mm X 129mm, but you can go up to around 94mm X 137mm.

Updated April 17th, 2024 : I added V2 models and kept the V1 models in case anyone likes those better. The V2 models have a little more space for sleeved cards and I made it easier to get the dice out. The downside of the V2 Upper is that it doesn't hold the C-Bill tokens as well when vigorously shaken. I may fix this with a V3 if there's interest in it.

Updated August 5th, 2024 : I added V3 models and kept the V1 and V2 models in case anyone likes those better. V3 models fix the issues with V2 models and make pulling dice out easier. I also increased the size of the larger reputation token holder. V3 models should also be large enough to include an unannounced additional mercenary card.
