This organizer fits the following content into the base game box with about 1.75" of lid lift:

A couple caveats. I laminated my player boards and have a bunch of player aids in the box, so you may need to shrink the height of the Stands and Dice trays to even out the top of your box. I'd print everything else first, then measure the space between the top of the tile trays and your stack of player boards/manuals/player aids and adjust the height of the stands/dice trays accordingly. I have a printer with a 16" x 16" bed, so I designed the tile tray as a single piece and printed it diagonally, but I've provided a split of the tile tray file for those with smaller printers.
