Trailblazer: The John Muir Trail - Box Inserts

A custom-designed set of inserts for the board game Trailblazer: The John Muir Trail.

The original game comes with quite a good insert but strangely still not quite designed well enough to fit all the pieces in comfortably. So I have designed my own inserts to hold the pieces. As you can see from the photos they all fit in the box with a little spare space now. Each player has a little box of their pieces including starting resources. All the resources are in two little holders which you can choose to use in game or not, but holds everything neatly in the box between plays.

I have the Kickstarter edition of the game with wooden counters and have designed the boxes to hold those. I am sure the retail pieces will fit just fine too. If you look closely at my photos I originally put the JMT markers in the Natural Resource box but the shape was not right and they would not fit in the slot. So I have left them in the Miscellaneous tray. In the files I have uploaded, I have removed the useless slot from the Natural Resources box but I couldn't be bothered to reprint my own box.

I include the original model files from Autodesk Inventor so you can play with those too if you wish.
