Arkham Horror 2nd Edition, Everything in Two boxes

I wanted to get everything from Arkham Horror Second Edition into less space. I managed to fit the base game, four big box expansions, and four small box expansions into two boxes with about 25% lid lift on each.

The first box has:
All the boards, all the big box rules
The Base Game Location Decks
The Expansion Location Decks
The Mythos Cards
The Gate Tokens
The per-great-old-one epic battle cards stored loose currently behind the main locations.
The dice (in a generic box)
The clue tokens (in a generic box)

The second box has:
All the Great Old Ones, Character Cards, and Heralds, all the small box rules
The items, skills, and Ally Decks
The character standees (no bases) and the personal quest cards
The miscellaneous small card decks
The base game and expansion token holders
The Gate decks
A few deck boxes of other random standard-sized cards
All the other cardboard bits in generic tackle boxes

There is a picture showing the base layer in the second box. The character cards (alphabetized) and the great old ones are in the lower right hand corner. The small box rules and herald cards are in the upper right hand corner.

Included are eight "box extender" corner pieces. They are 88mm; this ended up being very slightly taller than I needed; you may want to scale them vertically a bit to suit your needs.

These all printed fine (sometimes just barely) on my Bambu A1 with a 256mm square build bed. You might be able to rotate some of the slightly-too-large pieces to barely fit on a smaller bed.

For the base game and expansion location decks, cards from Miskatonic Horror are expected to be mixed in.

For Mythos decks, the first large spot is for the base game, then the Miskatonic Horror cards for the base game are next, then everything broken out by expansion. Similar for the Gate Decks.

However, I've included the modified OpenSCAD deck files I used, so you may want to get your calipers out and tweak them to your exact needs.

For the item decks, it's spells, magic items, physical items, skills, and then allies. Allies are all kept together; for all others, base game is first, then the expansions. If some expansions only added a card or two, they were grouped together.

For the misc small item decks:
- Curse/Blessing, Retainer, Miskatonic Student from Base game
- Silver Twilight Membership, Bank Loan, Deputy's Revolver, Deputy of Arkham, Patrol Wagon from Base game.
- Rail Pass, Sheldon Gang, other misc small cards from Dunwich
- Misc small cards from Kingsport, Pharaoh, and Black Goat
- Relationship cards from Lurker
- Red Corruption cards from Black Goat
- Green Corruption cards from Black Goat
- Double-Sided Pact/Ally cards from Lurker
- Red Skull penalty cards from Dunwich (+MH)
- Green Tentacle penalty cards from Dunwich (+MH)
- Black Goat cards (big deck)
- Dark Pharaoh item cards
- Dark Pharaoh rumor (?) cards
- Yellow Sign Blight cards (this well is a bit larger, must have screwed up measuring it)
- Innsmouth 1/2/3 act cards
- Blessing of Nodens from Kingsport (+MH)
- Visions of Hypnos from Kingsport (+MH)

For the token boxes, the base game is first; the expansions are next. Mask and Spawn counters are stored separately.

For the gate box, the three weird tokens from Kingsport will fit in well enough in the last bay if you orientate them correctly.
