I have the retail version of the game. A bunch of the tokens have no obvious place in the existing plastic insert, and there's some dead space in the top of the box so I made a tray for it.
It's designed to be printed in Extra Draft (0.20mm first layer, 0.28mm second layer) but I doubt that's critical as long as you have 2-3 layers for the bottom.
There's room for two of them if you really want to get crazy.
Here's a simple extra storage tray for the retail version that fits in the top of the box.
