A token capsule for the Hirelings. Totally unnecessary, but the capsules make the hirelings the same thickness as the players' Crest tokens. Print the Grunt capsules (x50) in grey, the Scouts (x35) in yellow,
the Rangers (x30) in blue, and the Wardens (x30) in purple.
The tolerance between upper and lower parts is 0.1mm - tight enough to fit firmly together (they can be taken apart, but only with CARE.
For the real obsessives, print 35 copies of the Gear file, and four for the shields.

People who are keen followers of this or the other 3D printing Geeklist may be aware of the fact that I am of the view that a 0.1mm tolerance makes a fitting that is pretty secure - for most of us, anyway. If you need a different tolerance, I suggest resizing the upper part in your slicer by 0.1mm or so, printing one example and trying it out before committing to print all 150 or so! Printables link
