Newbie here, printing since one week and made my first really simple design.

One of the issues we had whilst playing ‘War of the Ring’, was constantly picking up and turning over the event cards to read them. Therefore I made this really simple card holder for each player.

As a newbie in 3D-printing, I tried to move the spikes on the cardholder for the Shadow player upwards, but I was not able to due to not enough experience with the usage of supports for the print. The spikes looked amazing on the testprint, but I was nog able to remove their supports without damaging the spikes themself.

I'm sharing my try-out with the community so the model can be modified by those who would like to do so.

Also, I would like to improve the gameplay for fellow WOTR-players by providing these cardholders.

Enjoy!
