About the Game

Admirals is a game which recreates, in a stylized fashion, the movements and interactions of fleets of sailing warships during the late 17th, 18th, and early 19th centuries. The purpose is to allow the player to take the role of the commander of a fleet of sailing warships and explore the choices and challenges which faced his historical counterpart.

Mechanics of this game are simple enough for a single player to command dozens of ships, while exploring the challenges faced by commanders in controlling a fleet of sailing warships in battle.

Turn sequence: I. Movement Phase II. Boarding Phase III. Signals Phase IV. Repair Phase
