Use cards in your hand to find out who and steal them for yourself.

You can start cold wars, commit espionage, execute a steal, force a trade, throw nuclear waste, and more.

The codes will switch hands multiple times, both out in the open for all to see and secretly where only 1 or 2 players will know.
