Metamancers 2023

Metamancers is a two-player trading card game (max 6 players) where each player controls a character card and a crucible card.

Players must carefully manage their resources by melting cards in the crucible, utilizing the values on the cards. Each card has its own specific action and synergies, creating an engaging gameplay experience with tactical decision-making and connection with the Metamancers' lore.

The central objective of the Metamancers trading card game is to utilize your deck's unique abilities and synergies to achieve victory over your opponent. The game revolves around a captivating blend of spellcasting, summoning creatures, and tactical maneuvering to attain supremacy. The goal is win by drawing powerful creatures and spells that can lower your opponent's Metamancer's life total while sustaining your own hit points. The first player whose his Metamancer's life total reaches zero loses.

Your primary aim is to reduce your opponent's Metamancer's life total to zero, starting from a designated value. This feat is accomplished through careful deployment of spells, unleashing summoned beings, and executing shrewd strategies that surpass your adversary's defenses.

The game provides an array of strategies and cards that players can employ to tailor their decks to their distinct playstyle. From aggressive tactics designed to rapidly inflict damage to opponents, to more strategic and defensive approaches that seek to thwart the enemy's advances, the game allows for diverse strategies that cater to individual preferences.
