About the Game

"Three times I dreamed of the marvellous city..." This game creates the strange and wonderous dream quest of Randolph Carter in H.P. Lovecraft's dream cycle stories, taking its player to terrible and weird worlds to view the dangers within.

A solo game where players gain cards by taking risks. Gained cards may be entered into a tableaux image to complete Dream Quests and so points, or be expended to gain other cards with more difficult requirements. When the game ends players score points for each completed tableaux image, when an image is complete players may then choose to add in further lands and further quests or awaken to whatever comfort they can gain from knowing that they could have delved deeper...

Developed for entry into the 2019 Solitaire Print and Play contest.
