Unfinished Business: SPIEL '23 Promo 2023

This is a promotional set of three mini-expansions, given out at SPIEL '23.

Asset Manager Of The Year During the game setup, place the asset manager next to the discard pile. Whenever property cards are discarded, they are immediately moved face-up to the asset manager.

At the end of the game, after all cards in the betting office have been revealed, shuffle all cards on the asset manager into a facedown stack. Starting with the Don who triggered the end of the game, each Don (if possible) draws a card from the facedown stack and places it face down in front of them. In the same order, each Don secretly looks at one of these cards and either moves it into their safe or returns it and selects another card. The chosen card must then be moved into their safe.

Diamond Heist Place the diamond heist during game setup next to the bank.

At the end of the game, after the owner of the key has taken the contents from the bank, all Dons count their $ 10K property cards (alcohol, weapons and money bags) in front of and in their safe. The Don with the most $ 10K property cards receives the diamond heist and may score $ 150K for it. In the case of a tie, the diamond heist is not scored and discarded instead.

Gambling Ring Busted!

Place the gambling ring during game setup underneath the draw pile at the very bottom. Once the last card has been drawn from the draw pile, immediately pause the game (similar to an event card). The player who drew the last card flips over the gambling ring and reads its effect out loud.

Each player secretly plays one card from their hand face down. Then, reveal the cards. The player with the lowest unique ownership card moves all the cards played under their safe. If there is no winner, discard all cards played. Then continue the game as usual.

To play this optional mini-expansion, the Unfinished Business base game is required. The asset manager is compatible with all other expansions.
