Gloomhaven Entrance and Exit Tiles

Entrance and exit tiles for use in the Gloomhaven board game (based on nestyr's [Man-Made Stone Hex](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3067721)).

The entrance tile is used to display the available entry points in a scenario. They aren't totally necessary, but helpful. You should need a max of seven of these (though I haven't looked at every scenario in the book and this doesn't take into account any downloadable campaigns or scenarios.)

The exit tile is used when running a random dungeon to mark the exit point to the next room. You should only need one of these.
