Corps Of Discovery Ultimate All-In Insert & Organizer

Insert and organizer for the Ultimate All-In edition of the game [Corps Of Discovery](https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/396895/corps-of-discovery-a-game-set-in-the-world-of-mani). The included insert was well organized, but there were a few things I wanted to fix for myself.

- Fit sleeved cards (Sleeve Kings Standard ~60 micron)
- Sturdier storage for all game resources (by chapter and global)
- Ability to pull out specific chapters on their own
- Dedicated slots for resources instead of the "other" section of the supplied storage tray

I printed with a .4mm nozzle. The embossed/debossed details will print better with a .2mm nozzle, but this works fine for my needs.
