San Juan Game Box

My wife and I love the game San Juan and take it with us on our travels. After years of being tossed into luggage I noticed some wear on the cards so I got out my ruler and started writing down dimensions to make this storage/travel box. I'm really satisfied with how this turned out and all of the game components fit efficiently. I printed on the Bambu H2D.

Couple of notes:

• The lid is snug by design. It took a little effort to get it to pop on the first couple of times but once it gets on and off a few times it finds its fit.

• The font for “San Juan” is called Malvern - I downloaded Malvern-Regular and installed on the Windows 11 machine that runs my Bambu Studio. For Windows, download the font, right-click and select “Install for all users” - it will automatically show up in the font options in Bambu Studio. (I don't know how the .3MF will look if this font is not available on your machine.)

• The STL files do not include the “San Juan” text. I find it simpler to add text directly in Bambu Studio after importing the STLs.

If you don't play San Juan yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. The cards are duel purpose so you get a robust game that packs down small and travels well.
