Model Description

I have the original Mage Knight plus Lost Legion, Shades of Teza, Krang, and now Apocalypse Dragon. I designed the insert for my specific content as follows:

1. I have the original box.
2. I use 60 micron sleeves. Thicker sleeves may not fit.
3. I don't have the 5 special Ultimate Edition cards included, although those should fit.
4. I got the replacement Tezla enemies, which was double the original amount, if I remember correctly.
5. Disc sizes (Volkare, Tezla bosses) are from the original expansions, not Ultimate Edition.
6. I'm not sure what other differences there may be among the versions.
7. This is no future-proof for whatever is coming later.

A few things to know:

1. The fame board, day/night board, and rules go on top. This causes some lid lift.
2. The insert uses magnets to keep the mesh lids secure, and those magnets are 3mm x 1mm that should be glued in place.
3. The card boxes go across the back, except for the cards for references, which are next to the enemy minis (bottom left of the pictures).
4. Print 8 copies of each player box and lid for each of the knights.
5. Print 2 copies of the Crystal Lid, as this also fits on the Dragon and Cities (aka Enemy Minis).
6. Print 2 copies of the Cards Units, as one is for regular and the other for elite units.
7. The Enemy Tokens were the tightest fit. There are two options: V2 includes inside borders to separate Tezla and non-Tezla enemies. The "No Tezla Sep" removes this separator, which gives a little more room for tokens. You only print one of these. (Note that I haven't had time or PLA to test-print these. I made them a touch longer than an original to give a little more room).

I recommend flipping the Knights Lid before slicing so the magnet holes are at the top.

Update: A commenter noted that the enemies don't necessarily fit in the case. I see that the intended separator between base/Lost Legion enemies and Tezla enemies are off. I posted two options. See #7 above regarding these options. I'd like to know if anyone has issues with this component.
