These are simple inserts so quality may not matter to everyone, but feel free to print at a higher resolution if you want to. My recommendation for the material is simple PLA as it is cheap and readily available online. For insert number 8, I suggest turning off the cooling fan to avoid possible deformation (the piece is taller than the others). You can also use hairspray or other glue to ensure good bed adhesion, or activate a 3mm brim and remove it later.
