Easy Money (1935) a game of Buying, Selling, Building, Borrowing, Banking and Mortgaging. If it sounds like Monopoly its because it's a very close cousin. The board is similar. Pass the bonus and get $250. You can build houses, buy utilities. You have to pay rent etc. etc.This is the board I made to replace the original as it is not in good shape.
