Ark Nova Deluxe Player Board Overlay (Clear&Slim)

This is an improved version of the Ark Nova player board overlay made by Shadrack . Important improvements I made:

• The original model size was smaller than the map and lacked a full-length guard at the bottom (only four points of support, which damages the map). I added the bottom guard and readjusted the dimension s.

• The original model has detailed cutouts of the rewards section on the left, but it only fits some maps (i.e. Map A, Map 0). I decided to cut the whole area to fit all map designs .

• I then had the idea to just make it transparent with clear PETG, because I love to see the artworks on the map (also there are special rules all over the newer maps). I borrowed the print profile of Adam L and used overture clear PETG.

• I reduced the thickness from 3 mm to 1.5 mm. The slim overlay allows the map to fit more snugly, improves PETG transparency, and makes it easier to remove pieces and store the board in the box.

Some recommendations: I used a heat gun to remove the stringing, which is hard to avoid for a high temperature PETG print profile. Make sure the head gun is not set too hot!
