The deflector on my pool cleaner broke and I thought the prices they were asking for new ones were outrageous, so I designed up my own. It's intended to be used with 6mm wall anchor tube like this .
The tube is PVC which should be fine in a chlorine pool. It looks like ABS or ASA is a good choice for the printed parts, but the photo is PLA (until my ABS filament arrives). :-)
Sizes are based on a 150mm radius. I cut the spokes at about 120mm and the circumference pieces at about 220mm.
