There is a separate STL file for sleeved cards. Warning: space is limited. You may only be able to use very thin sleeves.

If you have already printed my previous insert for Vale of Eternity that only fit the Artifact expansion (and sleeves) , you can upgrade to this one and keep many of the trays you've already printed. Either print the Upgrade Print Profile, or these STLs:

• Vale of Eternity - Curses.stl

• There is no place for the standees, unless maybe you break them down.
