A fan-deck style paint rack that swings open like a deck of cards

and locks shut to save desk space. Holds 20 dropper bottles

(Vallejo, Army Painter, AK, Scale75 - Ø25mm x 79mm).

Loosen the cap, fan the leaves to any angle, tighten to lock.

The cap clamps the whole stack flat, so leaves don't tilt or sag.

- Base and Pin x1 (base and pin printed as one piece)

- Leaf x10 (2 bottles each)

- Cap x1

PRINT SETTINGS

- 0.2-0.28mm layer height, no supports needed

- Base and Pin: base flat on the bed, pin pointing up

- Leaf: flat, sockets facing up

- Cap: open rim up, closed top on the bed

- 3+ walls recommended (the threads and knuckles take load)

ASSEMBLY

1. Drop the leaves down over the pin from the top

2. Screw the cap on and hand-tighten

Do not overtighten, printed threads will strip.

Trapezoidal TR12x3 thread, tuned for FDM clearance.
