Queendomino / Kingdomino Adaptive Border frame

Border frame suitable for both board games: Kingdomino and Queendomino.

The same frame fits 2-player board with 7x7 tiles size and 3-4 player board with 5x5 tiles size. Size depends on the way you assemble the border frame.

Very fast print and assembly, a few moves and you're ready to play.

Say Goodbye to all “Your base is out of limits” revelations mid-play, which spoils your game experience, especially with inexperienced players.

It splits into 8 separate parts, which makes it easy to store and carry. It also fits all printer beds, even A1 Mini.

Assembly manual:

• Place all 4 corners on the table.

• Connect a pair of corners with a connector, choosing a desired frame size. A connector should slide into one incline in both corners.

•

Repeat for all 4 connectors, until a whole square is ready (you can make a 5x7 rectangle, too if you really insist).

All connectors should have a visible mark where their lock is (because of the seams in the print). You can also just slide them along the corner piece until they lock in place.

Assembled frame is quite sturdy and can be handed to another player without a need to reassembly it.

The model includes parts to assemble 1 frame (for 1 player only) - print as many sets as you need. Some players may not need to use them.

No supports needed!

It may be tempting to add brim, but I recommend not to - it's quite hard to get rid of brim from inner parts of connectors. Default 3mf profile has brim and supports turned off.
