You need to print 4 times the block holder and twice the card holder. The rest only needs to be printed once. For the outer board holder, my prusa mini was too small to print, but with the original thick walls there was enough space to reliably glue it with CA glue. It fit a bit tightly for me, but everything has its space, and the box can be stored upright without any mixing of parts this way.
I also found a remix of Rolodium's design by CamCam_76513 Differences of the remix compared to the original I thought the insert used needlessly too much filament on the wall thickness, this makes it thinner and still fits everything properly, although the tile holder is a bit flimsy, but does the job if you hold it properly.
